Geographer, Bio-Geographer and Geologist by degree THE Travel WEBSITE now combines with THE Gardening WEBSITE www.thegardeningwebsite.co.uk to deliver the opportunity to make my passions of gardening and travel work for me.

Career and experience spans several business disciplines. Procurement, logistics with 17 years spent working in the public sector with direct links through to Ministers and then on to Marketing, Sales and Publishing. Head hunted to become Director of a publishing company with focus on marketing, sales and new business and managing advertisement sales as Divisional Managing Director. Now focused on electronic publishing as a member of The National Union of Journalists, Editor and Publisher of  THE Travel WEBSITE and THE Gardening WEBSITE.

Professional Memberships, Diplomas and Awards include: Diploma and Membership of Chartered Institute of Purchasing & Supply; International Hart Medal winner for thesis submitted for Membership of CIPS. Diploma and Membership of Chartered Institute of Marketing; Membership of Institute of Directors. Member of National Union of Journalists plus Membership of various travel related organisations.
